What we collect
An account email and the conversations you choose to have with Solace. Memory is on by default so Solace can remember you — you can turn it off or delete it anytime from your profile.
How we use it
Only to provide the service to you: replying to your messages, generating voice responses, and surfacing your reflections when you return. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your conversations to train third-party models.
Your control
You can export or erase your data at any time from your profile. Deletion is permanent and removes the conversation from our systems.
Safety
Solace is a companion, not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider.
